  • Life Insurance (including Key Man Policies)
  • Commercial/Business Insurance (All Lines)
  • Bonds

  • Captive/Self Insured Insurance Options
  • Large Deductible Programs

IOA is unique in both the set up of the company, and the services we offer “in-house.”  Most agents say they have “in house services”, but what they really mean is they rely on the carrier to provide the service being requested.  After the agent reports a claim to the carrier or asks for services to be delivered they remove themselves from the rest of the process.

My team feels it is our obligation to our client to help them through the claims process from start to finish.

Once the claim has been reported to a team member we involve our in house claims department (located in our corporate headquarters in Longwood, FL) to assist in notifying the carrier, and to follow up on the progress of the claim.

Our “In House” services include:

  • Claims Representative dedicated specifically to you so you are always speaking with the same person
  • On staff licensed Claims Adjusters
  • Audit Assistance
  • Experience MOD review and promulgation
  • Quarterly Claims Review including updates on claims being closed, medical updates etc.
  • Client Specific Web Page that includes:
    • Safety Topics
    • OSHA 300 & 301 Reporting
    • Documents & Articles specific to your industry
    • Claims tracking & trending by type of incident (this can be done by location if there is more than one).
  • Human Resources Assistance (live person as well as a web site)
  • Payroll Company
  • Mock OSHA Inspections
  • OSHA 10 & 30 hour courses
  • Return to Work Programs
  • Complimentary Lunch & Learns
  • Drug Free Workplace Implementation
  • Risk Control Consulting (via The National Institute for Workplace Safety)

These are the highlights of our In House Services.  Insurance is more than writing a policy and collecting a premium.  It involves Risk Management, Safety Training and communication between the client and the agent.

Our goal is to show you what an insurance agent should be providing their clients.  Does your agent issue the policy and disappear until the renewal, or do they act as a consultant?
